Negotiation Soundboard
DHC supports various negotiation processes of
producers with organisations in the retail and out-of-home sector.
Commercial proposals are jointly prepared, presentations produced
and rehearsed. During the process DHC is available as a sounding
board to evaluate counter proposals and to discuss next steps.
Retail workshop
DHC developed and organised retailworkshops for
various organisations in the food and non-food sector. Normally a
workshop consists of one or two days sessions in which participants
are requested to participate actively to enhance insights in the
retail and out of home market. The workshop is always tailor made.
The agenda is produced based on the briefing and intake meetings
with a selection of the particpants. Quite often a SWOT-analysis, an
exercise with commercial conditions and a negotiation role play is
part of the prgram.
Retail strategy
development
DHC counsels A-brand consumer goods manufacturers
to further refine their general commercial approach to a retail
approach (strategy and tactics) which suits the actual dynamic
market situation. A lot of attention is given to mutual business
drivers and to the question how to translate them into practical
actions.
